- Supported economic development by creating residential and commercial tax abatements
- Supported downtown development by advocating construction of the downtown parking garage, expansion of Lima Memorial Health System and St. Rita's Medical Center, placing of the new Lima Senior High School at the stadium stie and funding downtown development groups
- Protecting our neighborhoods by supporting stricter code enforcement and opposing cuts to satisfy service positions.
